ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2015 and proceed with the same as per law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that already petition has been enquired into and closed as the matter is of civil in nature.

4.Perusal of the report would reveal that the proposed accused persons have not been examined and the reason stated is that they are not available.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that consistently the proposed accused persons are cheating many of them and they are very much available.

respondents are directed to issue summons to all the parties specifying the date and time and place of enquiry and to conduct a fresh enquiry and pass further orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
