*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner challenges the impugned notice dated 04.03.2014 issued by the third respondent herein. 2.The impugned notice reads that the writ petitioner should on his own remove the encroachments. If the writ petitioner does not do so, action would be taken under Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Since only information has been conveyed to the writ petitioner that statutory procedure would be followed, there is no need to quash the same.
