O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/Respondent herein for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11614 of 2019, dated 21.08.2019.
2.This Court, by an order dated dated 21.08.2019, in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.11614 of 2019, directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Cont.P.(MD).No.1054 of 2018 wilfully disobeyed by the respondent police, the present contempt petition has been filed.
3.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation is over and the respondent police also filed a final report and the learned Judicial Magistrate taken cognizance in C.C.No.467 of 2020. Therefore, no contempt is made as against the respondent. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Hence, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
