This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2016 and take action against the respondent No.4 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed on 30.04.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent herein is attempting to foist false cases against his son after his release on bail granted by the Court in respect of some other case. Therefore, the petitioner, by narrating all the facts, submitted a detailed complaint to the 1st and 2nd respondents, which did not get any response and that made the petitioner to approach this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

5. However, in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that enquiry has been conducted and the same stood closed as early as on 30.04.2016, nothing survives for further consideration in this petitioner. According, recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if already not served. On receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
