This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 23.10.2025 in WP(MD)No.28597 of 2025. 1/4

2. Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent placed before this Court a copy of the proceeding in Na.K.No.C2/0799/2026 dated 27.04.2026 and submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this court and also released the amount of RS.22,70,404/- in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same. However, the learned counsel contended that certain amount was illegally deducted.

4. This Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is made clear that in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 27.04.2026 or any deductions made thereunder, it is 2/4

always open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
