Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Memo No.083378/1630/G14/G142/20203, dated 13.04.2022 and Memo No.083378/1630/G14/G142/2020-4, dated 13.04.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to accommodate the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer, Transmission Line Construction, Dindigul.
