ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as A3, A4, A5 and A6 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307 IPC r/w Sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Act r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.225 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in custody from 08.03.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against them. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is almost over.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 08.03.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate in all working day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
