ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's agricultural land comprised in Patta No.2543, in Survey No.239/7C, to an extent of 0.13.25 Hectare (33 cents), situated in Soorakundu Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2020. 2.Heard Mr.R.Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.9644 of 2020 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on 28.08.2020, the second respondent herein has visited and surveyed the petitioner's property in Survey No.239/7C, measuring to an extent of 0.13.25 Hectare (33 cents), situated in Soorakundu Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, in the presence of the petitioner and fixed the boundaries. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has agreed the aforesaid contention made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
