********** [Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in forbearing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 from constructing Village Panchayat Centre at Malayadipatti Village, Manaparai Panchayat Union, Trichy District, as per the MGNREG Scheme besides directing them to construct the said Village Panchayat Centre in Survey No.295 situated at Avarampatti Village, Nearby Panchayat Office, based on the representation dated 07.12.2015.

2. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 that the proposal for the construction of the Village Panchayat Centre Survey No.295 situated at Avarampatti Village, Nearby Panchayat Office, is dropped on 16.08.2017 as per proceedings of the first Respondent/District Collector, Trichy.

3. Recording the aforesaid fact, this Court dismisses the Writ Petition as infructuous because nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. No Costs. Consequently, Connected M.P (MD)No.1 of 2015, is closed.
