Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 12.06.2026, the respondent viz., S.Gopinath produced the child before the High Court Legal Services Authority on 14.06.2026. Mr.Ramanujam states that the contemnor will ensure compliance with the orders passed by this 1/3

Court permitting the mother to take custody of the child between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. His statement is recorded.

2. There is some explanation regarding the non-appearance during the earlier period. Being a family matter, I do not want to precipitate the issue.
