********** [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.] The writ petitioner made a challenge to the impugned proceedings of the respondent dated 24.02.2014 in Na.Ka.No.0001-2014, in and by which, it has been indicated that putting up of bore-well, the ground water is getting reduced and further that chemically tainted water is also let in and it is also causing pollution and further that it is also in violation of Section 159 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1990. 2.Mr.Isaac Mohanlal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned proceedings of the respondent has been withdrawn by the resolution of the respondent dated 13.11.2014, vide Resolution No.125 and in the light of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.This Court heard the submission of Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, who appears for the respondent.
