The petitioner has approached this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute in the guise of enquiry. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent was forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai, who had passed an order under Section 145 Cr.P.C. He further submits that the official respondents herein are not harassing the petitioner.
