ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.05.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 31.05.2016 in Crime No.486 of 2016 for offences under Sections 448, 294(b),355 and 506(i) IPC.
