This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner by continuously calling upon the petitioner in guise of enquiry without any valid reason.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent, without any valid reasons, frequently called the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is one of the accused in Crime No.1309 of 2023 and as per the instruction of the Superior Officers, they are watching the movements of the history sheet holders and thereby, they watched the petitioner's movement and apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him.
