ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2022 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.630 of 2022.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
