ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.02.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,341,323,324,307 and 302 IPC in Crime No.26 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in custody from 18.02.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and awaiting for chemical analysis report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 18.02.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
