2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The delay of 1614 days in filing the restoration petition to restore C.M.P(MD) No.1644 of 2016 was already allowed by this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.4973 of 2023, dated 26.07.2023.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and two weeks further time is granted to pay the cost 2/3
