ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 379 IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.160 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police and also the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.
3.The prosecution case is that due to previous motive, the accused themselves formed an unlawful assembly and attacked the de facto complainant and his friend. Cut injuries were caused on the body of the de facto complainant and his Maruthi Swift Car worth about Rs.6, 50,000/- was damaged and also 10 samsung mobile phones were stolen.

4.Taking note of the nature of the overt acts attributed against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
