PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner accused No.1 on interim bail for the period of two weeks in Cr.No.171/2021 pending investigation before the respondent police and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested on 04.07.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act, in Crime No.171 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.On earlier occasion, the petitioner along with other accused moved Crl.OP(MD)No.3702 of 2022 before this Court seeking bail. That application was dismissed as withdrawn. But, that fact was not mentioned in this petition.

3.The learned Additional public Prosecutor would submit that now, case is posted for examination of Investigating Officer on 29.07.2022. So, the matter is going to be concluded within a short time.

CRL OP(MD). No.8666 of 2022 4.Because of the above said submission, the petitioner is not entitled even for interim bail. The petition deserves dismissal and accordingly, dismissed.
