Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to carry out survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's family properties bearing S.Nos.25/2, of an extent of 1.00.0 hectare, 25/3, of an extent of 1.29.0 hectare, 29/4, of an extent of 0.26.5 hectare, 30/8, of an extent of 0.88.5 hectare, situated at Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to carry out survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's family properties bearing Survey No.25/2 measuring an extent of 1.00.0 hectare, Survey No.25/3 measuring an extent of 1.29.0 hectare, Survey No.29/4 measuring an extent of 0.26.5 hectare and Survey No.30/8 measuring an extent of 0.88.5 hectare, situated at Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District.
4. It is seen that the petitioner made a representation on 11.08.2014 before the respondent for effecting survey and demarcation. It is stated that the said representation has not been considered so far and a reminder is also sent by the petitioner on 08.12.2015.

5.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.08.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
