This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), enquiry has been conducted in this case and it has been subsequently closed on 02.04.2016. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
