Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.236/2012/Mines, dated 03.10.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to cancel the permission given to the 4th respondent to take the alluvial soil in S.No.25/2 to the extent of 1.40.0 hectare in the Veerapandi Tank situated at Veerapandi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.
