Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's patta land comprised in

Survey No.334/6 situated at Kanattankadu Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, measuring an extent of 17 cents and fix boundaries thereon.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 27.08.2015 seeking for such relief. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not taken steps so far.

5.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
