ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A-1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 448, 294(b), 353, 392 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.312 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons have trespassed into the TASMAC shop and without paying money they have stolen the bottles and also made life threat to the defacto complainant. Hence, a complaint has been registered.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit he is an innocent person and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.
5. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner who is arrayed as A-1 and that the petitioner is a habitual offender and that there are 34 previous cases are pending against the petitioner in similar offence.
6. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and 34 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
7. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
