4.Singam @ Muthukrishnan ..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal filed against the order of the third respondent, dated 28.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.A7/6903/2012 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his revision preferred before the second respondent arising out of patta proceedings.

4. It is seen that the Tahsildar passed an order in favour of the fourth respondent in the year 2014 and challenging the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the third respondent and the same came to be dismissed on 28.08.2015. Challenging the order of the third respondent, the petitioner preferred a revision before the second respondent on 22.09.2015. Now the said revision is sought to be disposed of at an early date.

5. Considering the fact that the very revision itself is filed only on 22.09.2015, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot seek for shorter time bound disposal by the second respondent. In any event, as the dispute is pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent commencing from the year 2012, I direct the second respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible at any event within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
