ORDER

It is seen that the Sub-Collector has issued only a show cause notice under Section 107 Cr.P.C asking the petitioner to appear before him at 04.00 p.m., on 29.04.2016 (today) and show cause as to why he need not have to furnish a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/-.

2. Since this is only a show cause notice, the petitioner is directed to appear in person or through an Advocate of his choice and give his explanation as to why he need not give a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- as required under the notice. The SubCollector is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law.
