ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as A1 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.02.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. @ 364, 302 and 201 of IPC in Crime No.161 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 09.02.2016 and a false case has been foisted against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and awaiting for chemical analysis report. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 09.02.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, and
