It is a petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 28.04.2016 in Crime No.165 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b),323,506(i) and 379 IPC.
