The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to conduct the Temple Festival from 19.04.2024 to 29.04.2024 and cultural activities of 'Aadalum Paadalum' Programme in pursuant to the Festival of "Sriman Narayana Swami Thirunilal Thangal" situated at Pillaiyarvizhai, Rajakkamangalam Post, Kanniyakumari District.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.In view of the election notification, the petitioner has to approach the Assistant Returning Officer. The Assistant Returning Officer shall consider the case of the petitioner depending upon the law and order of that area. 4.With the above directions, the petition is dismissed.
