ORDER : The Court made the following order : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of IPC and Section 21(i) of Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No. 165 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not having any bad antecedents. 4.It is stated by the learned Government Counsel(Crl.side)that the petitioner earlier filed petitions seeking Anticipatory Bail suffered dismissal and there is no change in circumstances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
