ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order of the first respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.A1/2556/2019 dated 01.04.2024 and to direct the first respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the land measuring an extent of 33 cents in old Survey No.75/1 and New Survey No.75/28A, situated at Viraganur Village, Madurai District.

2.Considering the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10173 of 2021 (P.Ramasamy @ Raman and others Vs. The District Collector and another) dated 21.06.2023, wherein this Court took a note of the fact that a comprehensive suit for declaration and injunction has been filed by one P.Ramasamy @ Raman and 7 others in respect of the larger extent of property, 2/4

which includes the petition mentioned property, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to get impleaded in the above comprehensive suit and based on the result of the suit to approach the authorities concerned. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
