O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent viz., District Collector, Trichirapalli to look into the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 19.10.2015 and pass orders.

2.It is averred in the petition that in the route Trichirapalli to Madurai viz., Manaparai, earlier, so many buses have been plied and now its numbers have been reduced considerably and the same has caused inconvenience to the passengers. Under the said circumstances, a representation dated 19.10.2015 has been given to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered and therefore, the present writ petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3.Considering the nature of relief sought in the writ petition, the following direction can be given to the first respondent.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs. The first respondent viz., District Collector, Tiruchirapalli is strictly directed to look into the representation dated 19.10.2015 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and pass suitable orders within a period of two months.
