ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as A4 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.04.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 353 and 307 IPC r/w Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act, 1957 in Crime No.139 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 02.04.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner caused damages to the Police vehicle and the complainant is the Police and the investigation is going on. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
