ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.207 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the second petitioner in this case has been arrested and therefore this petition becomes infructuous regarding the second petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with regard to the second petitioner.

4.Further, it appears that the third petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in this case. Therefore, this petition is closed with regard to the third petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the victim in this case still in hospital. However, it appears that the cases were registered on either side.

6.Therefore, taking into account of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The first petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.The first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
