For Petitioners : Mr.N.Madhava Govindan For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen - R1, R4 to R6 Additional Government Pleader : Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupati - R2 & R3 ***** COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners, seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the recommendations of the third respondent and pass orders in the interest of justice for granting bore well loan to their applications dated 02.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either sides. 3.According to the petitioners, under Land Development Scheme for digging bore-well for irrigation purpose they submitted their loan applications dated 02.01.2014 before the fourth respondent. Subsequently, the first respondent vide his proceedings, dated 12.06.2015, directed the concerned Bank to release the subsidies to them. Despite the direction issued by the first respondent, no such subsidies were granted to them. Hence, the petitioners sent representations to the respondents. As the same are kept pending, without any action, these present petitions came to be filed, for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 4 to 6 submitted that loan to the petitioners have already been sanctioned, after following due process of law and the same will be disbursed by the sixth respondent to the petitioners, within a short span of time.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, these writ petitions are disposed of, directing the sixth respondent to proceed further and disburse the loan amount to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediments. No costs.
