O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a criminal case against the accused based on the complaint dated 04.03.2016 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The sum and substance of the complaint preferred by the petitioner is that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and his paternal uncles. They are stated to have threatened the petitioner and criminally intimidated him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint on 04.03.2016, which is still pending with the 3rd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 25.04.2016 and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
