This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the subject property based on the representation/petition submitted by the petitioner on 07.05.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that already a notice has been served on the petitioner by fixing the enquiry on 26.10.2023 for verification of the documents and for deciding upon the conduct of survey in the subject property. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed with the enquiry and to complete the proceedings within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
