2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and within 15 days, his representation will be disposed of.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
