2.To execute the warrant issued against the accused person, order was passed by this Court by the order dated 17.11.2023. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the accused surrendered before the concerned Court namely Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi and the surrender was also accepted by the trial Court and the warrant was recalled on 22.07.2024 and posted the case on 03.08.2024 for further proceedings.
