2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to allot a space for the kiosk to an extent of 8' x 5' in the second respondent's hospital premises.

4. It appears that seeking for such allotment, the petitioner made a representation on 06.08.2015 and the same is pending.

5. Therefore, without expressing any view on the eligibility of the petitioner to seek for such allotment, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
