This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 13.04.2016, in which the petitioner has asked for re-investigation of the entire incident.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The earlier complaint is dated 07.03.2016 and based on which, a case has been registered in Cr.No.81 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C. Now in this petition, information has been furnished stating that certain unnamed persons might have been involved in looting the shop of the petitioner herein.

4. Under such circumstances, it is open to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
