Respondent/Petitioner/Complainant Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 19-11-2019 in C.M.A.No.5 of 2016 on the file of II Additional Sub Judge, Madurai reversing the order dated 29-02-2016 in I.A.No.149 of 2015 in O.S.No.39 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Vadipatti vide the Letter in D.No.514 dated 20.07.2021, this Court made the following order:

The Civil Revision Petition is listed today, under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 07.09.2020 has directed the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate,Vadipatti, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Subsequenlty, at request of the learned District Munsif, this Court vide order dated 20.04.2021 granted three months further time. The learned District Munsif, Vadipati, has now submitted a requistion, dated 20.07.2021, stating that due to Covid19 lockdown, he could not dispose the suit within time stipulated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.647 of 2020 and seeks three months further time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant time as sought for and accordingly three months time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2015 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The parties are directed to extend their fullest cooperation for disposal of the suit within the stipulated time.
