Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents No.1 to 3 from laying the road in the Petitioner s patta land in Survey No.565/7 in an extent of 23.99 sq.ft. in Survey No.s67/10 and 66/1 in an extent of 2485.518 sq.ft. situated at Kaluneerkulam Village, Alangulam

Taluk, Tirunelveli District, without following the land acquisition proceedings as per the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. For Appellants : Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order dated 29.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.377 of 2013.

2. When the appeal is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the pipe line has already been laid.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ appeal for consideration. Accordingly, this writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
