ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime NO.76 of 2018 dated 14.02.2018 pending on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
