ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.

33 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier the petitioner along with other accused filed a petition seeking an order for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15681 of 2015 before this Court and this Court by order dated 05.10.2015 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and others on condition that the matter be settled and to return the jewels. The learned counsel further submitted that as the petitioner is working in Army at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, he was not able to comply with the conditions, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15681 of 2015. Hence, the petitioner once again filed the present petition seeking an order for anticipatory bail. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

side) appearing for the State.

conditions of the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
