ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148,302 IPC and Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 @ 147, 148, 149, 120(b), 109, 302 and 201 IPC and Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 in Crime No.84 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 31.03.2016 and a false case has been foisted against him. He further submitted that based on the confession of the co accused, the petitioner's name is included in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on 08.03.2016 all the accused persons assembled unlawfully and threw bombs and also murdered the deceased. He further submitted that investigation is not yet completed.
