PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent No.2 to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to missing lorry bearing registration No. TN 57 W 9374 in connection with Crime No.408 of 2015 U/s missing on the file of the respondent No.2.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to issue non traceable certificate with regard to the missing lorry belonging to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner had given a complaint to the second respondent since his lorry went missing. The respondent Police registered the same in Crime No.408 of 2015. On investigation the respondent Police filed a report on 10.05.2016 that the lorry is "undetected". 3.Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
