This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to set aside the portion of the bail order directing the petitioner to produce two blood related sureties with solvency made by learned Judicial Magistrate Tiruchendur in Cr.M.P.No.2978 of 2016 dated 11.04.2016 and to pass suitable direction regarding production of sureties or pass order for cash sureties.
