4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 30 days.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
