JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Admittedly, the period mentioned in the order passed by the learned Single Judge is over. Thus, the Writ Appeal has become infructuous and it appears that the copy of the order has been served on the appellant belatedly. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that if, in the ensuing order any request is made by the appellant, the same may be considered. 2.Accordingly, liberty is granted to the respondent / writ petitioner, to make a fresh application in advance for the next Vaikasi Vishagam festival. As and when such representation is made, the appellant shall consider the representation, within a period of one week. On similar lines, it is open to the writ petitioner to make such other representations seeking permission to conduct the festival on any other occasion, in which case, the observation made by this Court on Vaikasi Vishagam festival, will also be applicable.
3.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
